Sal & Shelly's Seaside Adventure is a small independent business based in Margate, Kent. For any questions or queries, contact info@margate-seaside-adventure.com

Ordering

Orders are placed through this website. Once your order is confirmed and payment received, we'll be in touch with your order number and collection details. Orders are subject to availability.

Collection

Sal & Shelly's Seaside Adventure kits are currently available for local beach collection only, we don't offer postal delivery at this time. Your collection point will be confirmed by email after purchase, along with your pickup window. Please bring your order number to collect. Uncollected orders will be held for 7 days, after which they will be cancelled and a full refund issued.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are in pounds sterling (£). We are not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is charged. Payment is taken at the time of ordering through our secure checkout.

Returns & Refunds

Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of purchase, provided the kit is unused and in its original condition. To request a refund, contact us at . Refunds will be issued within 14 days of the return being agreed.

Safety & Supervision

By purchasing or using a Sal & Shelly's Seaside Adventure kit, you acknowledge that all activities are undertaken voluntarily and under the supervision and responsibility of a parent or guardian. Sal & Shelly's Seaside Adventure provides self-guided educational activity materials only and does not supervise participants or control outdoor environments including beaches, parks, or public spaces. Parents and guardians are responsible for assessing weather, tides, terrain, wildlife, and suitability for their child before participation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sal & Shelly's Seaside Adventure shall not be liable for injury, loss, damage, or accidents arising from participation in activities, except where caused by proven negligence. Recommended for ages 6–12. Activities involving small components are not suitable for children under 3 years of age due to choking hazards.

Explorer Gallery & Photos

If you choose to submit photos to our Explorer Gallery, you confirm that you have parental or guardian consent for any images, and that you are happy for those images to be displayed on this website. We will never share submitted photos with third parties. You can request removal of any photo at any time by contacting us.

Intellectual Property

All characters, illustrations, written content, and branding associated with Sal & Shelly's Seaside Adventure are the original work of the creator and may not be reproduced, copied, or used without written permission.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
