Right then. You've got the beach, you've got the small people, and you've got about four hours to fill before the chips.

This is the no-frills version of our Margate adventure. A little bag and a stack of A6 postcards, each one holding a proper mission. Hunt for a periwinkle. Build a wreath out of whatever the sea left behind. Work out what that squishy thing actually is. Every card sends you somewhere, digs something up, or teaches you a fact you'll be repeating at dinner.

No box. No bits to lose. Just cards that fit in a pocket and a bag that doesn't mind getting wet.
